Zadik Precision parts are manufactured to model specific designs. We use specific metals which are hardened to withstand the punishment competitive shooting puts on parts. Zadik Precision maintains very close manufacturing tolerances to minimize fitment and polishes each part by hand to give you the best possible finish.

If you received an incorrect part or in the unlikely event you receive a defective part (highly unlikely) Zadik Precision will pay to have the parts returned to us by our preferred method of shipment and will either provide a return shipping label or reimburse you the exact cost of return shipping. You must return using the shipping method we stipulate.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us ( info2011@zadikprecision.com) with your name, order number and email address used to order the product you would like to return. Once your email is received, we will respond quickly with instructions to determine if your product is returnable, conditions for a return and how to return items you ordered.
Unaltered (including for fitting or mounting) Unused, Unmarked, Scratch Free, Undamaged parts are accepted for return on items in their original packaging and unused/uninstalled condition within 15 days from the date the order shipped with a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returned parts must be shipped "insured" to Zadik Precision via USPS, UPS or Fedex to the return address provided to you once your return has been authorized with an RMA (return authorization number).
Once your return has been received and inspected to ensure they are Unaltered, Unused, Unmarked, Scratch Free and Undamaged. You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of shipping your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly, keep in mind we have no control over shipping times. This time period includes the transit time, inspection and processing time once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank or processor to apply our refund request (5 to 10 business days) to your form of payment.
If the returned items do not pass inspection, your refund will be denied with explanation and we shall contact you to arrange to have the parts shipped back to you.
